ABATE of Colorado – Colorado Statewide Tour

Please read this document carefully. By signing below you are waiving your legal rights and
you are releasing ABATE of Colorado from any potential liability!

I hereby release, waive and discharge ABATE of Colorado, its districts, organizations, and all individuals employed, contracted by, assisting or associated with ABATE of Colorado from any and all
liability they may be determined to have, whether caused by their negligence or otherwise, concerning
any injuries or damages I may suffer from my participation in this event, including but not limited to,
physical or mental injuries, death, medical expenses, and property damages.

This release and waiver shall apply to my heirs, personal representatives, next of kin, assignees and
any other person or entity acting on my behalf, or acting through subrogation.

I understand ABATE of Colorado organizes, promotes, sponsors and hosts certain events for
motorcycle enthusiasts. I am aware of the risks inherent in the use of motorcycles and motorcycle
equipment, and understand the risks associated with participating in motorcycle riding events. I am
relying on my own judgment in assuming all risk of injury and damage and agree to indemnify and
hold harmless, ABATE of Colorado, its district organizations, and all individuals employed, contracted
by, assisting or associated with ABATE of Colorado for all loss incurred, including expenses incurred in
any attempt to hold them responsible for any injuries or damages I may suffer by participating in this
event.

This release, waiver and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the state of Colorado. If any portion is held invalid, it is expressly agreed that the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and legal effect.
